I loved how easily I could walk to Central Garden, just around 3 km away, and experience its beautiful greenery. Many great landmarks were just a short drive away, making my weekend city exploration a breeze.

Three rooms were booked for a family vacation, but upon arrival, the conditions were alarming. The rooms had a persistent bad smell, and we found dirty bed linens, dust-covered furniture, stained curtains, and even cockroaches. Despite the discomfort, the muffins provided for breakfast were enjoyable. When we attempted to resolve our concerns, the front desk was closed. We left after one night and requested a full refund for our stay, which has yet to be processed after a month of waiting and unanswered emails.

Had a great time with friends! We explored Universal Studios and hiked at Griffith Park. The place was clean, the pool was nice, and the vibe was chill. Just a heads up, the parking spots can fill up fast, so arrive early. Totally recommend it for group trips!

We had to sleep on towels we laid over the beds. The kids cried because they were so disgusted. By morning, we couldn’t stay another night. We asked for a full refund and they agreed, but it has been a month with no refund received. I've emailed three times with no replies. I can't recommend this place, especially for families with kids!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, car park, and 24-hour reception. The staff once offered me a hot drink to warm up on a cold evening, which was so thoughtful. I’m returning for a weekend!

We got there expecting a decent stay, but the rooms were gross. Bad smells, dirty sheets, dusty chairs, and even cockroaches! We had to sleep on towels since the place was so yucky. They promised a full refund after we checked out, but it’s been a month and no cash back! Avoid this spot for sure.
